Reminders are not appearing
- Open iOS Settings → Notifications → WhereMate and enable notifications.
- Confirm reminders are enabled in WhereMate's Settings.
- Open the thing or place and confirm that its reminder is turned on.

Tell us what you expected, what happened instead, and which iPhone or iPad and iOS version you use. Screenshots are welcome, but never send a backup containing private information unless support specifically asks for a safe diagnostic step.
Camera, Photos, voice, or location is unavailable
Open iOS Settings → Privacy & Security and review WhereMate's permission for the feature. WhereMate also explains why access is needed before asking.
Restore your unlock
Open WhereMate Settings, tap WhereMate, then Restore purchase while signed into the Apple Account that made the purchase. Purchases are verified through Apple's StoreKit.
No Apple Intelligence on my device
Everything still works. On devices without Apple's on-device model, WhereMate understands what you say or type with its own rules on the device, and the unlock includes the same features.
A printed QR code will not scan
- Print without cropping the label or its white quiet zone.
- Try a larger QR size when the label is viewed from farther away.
- Avoid glare, folds, or printing directly across a box seam.
Where is my information stored?
Your belongings library and custom artwork are stored locally in WhereMate's private app container. WhereMate does not operate an account or cloud library service.
